Booking Terms and Conditions:

Nature of the Retreat (Not Therapy)

• I understand this retreat is for educational, experiential, or peer-support purposes only.

• I acknowledge that no psychotherapeutic, doctor-patient, or clinical relationship is formed during this event.

• I agree to seek professional medical or psychological help on my own if I experience acute distress. 

Assumption of Risk & Emotional Release

• I know retreat activities may involve intense physical, emotional, or group-based exercises.

• I accept full responsibility for my own physical and emotional well-being during the program.

• I release the retreat organizers, leaders, and hosts from any liability regarding emotional or physical outcomes. 

Group Conduct

• I will treat organizers, leaders, resort employees and fellow participants with respect. If I experience any difficulties during the retreat, I will inform one of the retreat leaders.

• Safety guidelines set by the retreat leaders must be followed to ensure a safe environment for everyone. I will respect other attendees and follow the safety guidelines set by the retreat leaders.

Liability & Lodging

• I assume all risks related to traveling to, attending, and staying at the retreat venue.

• I accept responsibility for any damage I cause to the venue property or lodging facilities.

• I release organizers from liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

Transportation & Financial Policy

• I acknowledge that complimentary airport transfers to and from the resort are included in my retreat package.

• I release the organizers from liability for delays, accidents, or issues during airport transit.

• I understand that optional excursions and extra services are available for an added fee.

• I agree to pay for any optional add-ons or services directly to the provider or organizers.

• I understand that tips and gratuities for staff are appreciated but not included in my booking fees. 

Alcohol Consumption Policy

• I certify that I am over the legal drinking age of 21 (or local legal age).

• I acknowledge that alcohol will be offered during this retreat, that consumption of alcohol is purely voluntary and is not required for any activity.

• If I choose to consume alcohol, I agree to consume it responsibly and maintain a professional level of conduct.

• I assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption, including injury or health issues.

• I agree not to operate a motor vehicle if impaired or under the influence of alcohol.

• Organizers reserve the right to cut off alcohol service to anyone acting unsafely.

Drug-Free Policy

• I acknowledge that no illegal substances will be tolerated at this event. Only prescription medications will be permitted.

• Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the consumption of regulated substances.

• Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of the drug-free policy from the venue with no refund.​
