Cancellation Policy

50% of the total amount is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid by 11/15/2026.

 

Cancellations occurring prior to 11/15/2026 will be refunded in full minus a 150.00 administrative fee.

Cancellations after 11/15/2026 and prior to 12/27/2026 result in a 50% penalty of the total purchase amount.

 

Cancellations after 12/27/2026 result in a 100% penalty of the total purchase amount.
